We have a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. All you pay is shipping costs to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please include:
- Your Name (or the name the item was ordered under)
- Your Email Address
- The order number and item you would like to return
- You may be required to include a photo of the item if there is a defect or damage as suppliers will want proof
If your return meets the qualifications, we’ll send you a return shipping label and/or instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as jewelry and/or custom products that are special orders with personalization. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, final sale items, or gift cards.
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on bathing suits or intimate loungewear. Thank you for your understanding.
We do not accept exchanges as we may not have the item in stock anymore. The best way to exchange is to request a refund for the existing order and make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
